GAP Cancellation Lookup

The cancellation date can be no more than 90 days prior to us receiving the cancellation request in our office. If we receive a cancellation request with a cancellation date that is more than 90 days old, we will backdate it 90 days from the date we receive the request.

Cancellation requests will be processed within 3-4 weeks from date received.
All refunds will be issued to the selling dealer.
Dealer is responsible for refunding to lender unless proof of pay-off or trade is provided.
